Program History
BioMed Focus was founded by Dr. Megan Radyk in 2022 with a pilot class of 3 Scholars. Since then, BioMed Focus has grown to a cohort of 8-10 Scholars from 3 partner high schools. The 2026 BioMed Focus program will mark 5 continuous summers of hands-on experience in cutting-edge scientific research for our high school Scholars.
